To register for one of the programs below please do the following:

• Print and fill out the Registration and Waiver/Emergency Authorization/COVID Waiver Form CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD FORM
• Review the Player’s and Parent’s Code of Ethics on the website CLICK HERE TO VIEW
• Sign the Waiver to confirm that you have read and will abide by the NCFHA Code of Ethics.
• Please SIGN the Waiver/Emergency Authorization/COVID Waiver, SCAN AND SEND a copy by email to joanna.rizoulis@juliabfee.com, and MAIL the completed form with your payment to Joanna Rizoulis, 2 Kittle Road, Chappaqua, NY 10514. Checks should be made payable to “New Castle Field Hockey Association”.

Both programs below are run by the Greeley Varsity Field Hockey Head Coach, Sukhwinder Singh Sandhu
and the Greeley Varsity Assistant Coach Brittany Paulus. They will focus on stick skills, conditioning,
game strategy.

NOTE: Equipment required for each participant: stick, shin guards, mouth guard, goggles, and sneakers or turf shoes.
